Firearm Questions

Is it legal to buy guns online?

Yes, you can buy guns online legally. However, online gun dealers such as Midnight Rifle Company may only ship firearms to licensed firearms dealers who have a Federal Firearm License (FFL).

Can I bypass the background check by buying firearms online?

No. You will still need to undergo a background check at the receiving FFL gun dealer. We recommend choosing an FFL gun dealer near you and contacting the dealer as soon as you have placed your order to discuss any transfer fees, initiating the background check, and arranging to pick up your Midnight Rifle Company package once it arrives. Midnight Rifle Company adheres to all state and federal laws, regarding the sale of firearms to customers in states if restrictions apply.

Ordering and Returns Questions

Where do I have my FFL send their FFL license to?

It is the customer’s responsibility to have the local gun dealer e-mail their FFL license to to FFL@midnightrifleco.com. Your FFL dealer MUST include your order number and full name. This will allow Midnight Rifle Company to match up your FFL and process your online firearm purchase as fast as possible.

Can I return an item if I am not happy with it?

All items are allowed 14 days to return for any reason, used or not. If you don’t like it, send it back and we will refund you 100% of your money back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Which types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Due to restrictions on firearms transactions, we do not accept PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required by law to collect sales tax in the state of Texas.

Warranty & Registration

We will warranty all of our products until the end of time, regardless of where you purchased or if purchased brand new or used. If it breaks or stops working properly, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
