Bolt Carrier Group

Our bolts are made from 9310 steel and our carriers are made from 8620 steel. Both are manufactured in a single operation, ensuring proper machine indication and reducing the opportunity for dimensional error. They are heat treated, and then ground to a final specification of +/-0.0005”. Each carrier is M16-cut and features forward-assist serrations. Our gas keys and extractors are machined from billet. Each gas key features rounded leading edges ensures positive functioning in all makes and grades of uppers and buffer tube combinations and is properly staked and torqued with grade 8 hex screws per true mil-spec. Our lugs are machined with the proper radius as per true mil-spec tolerances. All bolt carrier groups are internally QC checked and tested to ensure reliability.
